ReviewSNAP Updates

ReviewSNAP is always willing to make changes upon the request of clients and recently we have made updates to the system. Here are this week's updates:

1. Goals will no longer automatically carry over to the next review period. All goals will be entered per review period and not carry over to the upcoming review period.

2. You can now use separate rating scales for your competencies and your goals

3. You now have the option of turning off the ability for employees to view feedback on themselves that was given by others.

4. We are now offering annual, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual anniversary review periods. This means that you will be able to have annual, monthly, quarterly or semi-annual reviews based on an employees hire date.

Employees Creating Their Own Goals

Do your employees create their own goals in your current review process or do their managers create the goals for them? Now with ReviewSNAP you have the option of creating goals either way. You can have the managers create the employee's goals and the employee will be able to view the goals, but make no additions or changes to the goals. Or, you have the option of allowing employees to create their goals, discuss them with their manager and once they agree on the goals the manager will have the ability to lock down or approve those goals. From then on the goals that have been approved can no longer be changed, but the employee will be able to create additional goals if necessary.
